Nicholas Culpeper - One of the most influential writers in the history of herbalism

Nicholas Culpeper, the famous botanist who lived during the 17th century England, made herb growing very fashionable in his area. Culpeper spent the greater part of his life in the English outdoors cataloguing hundreds of beautiful plants that also hold medicinal properties. Come and learn about Culpeper's Herbal which remains a resource for today's practitioners of herbal medicine, and create a portrait of an herb plant in watercolor.
