Greetings from San Miguel de Allende

Cesar Arias, the founder of El Charco Botanical Gardens in San Miguel

Susa Rubin will be teaching in our satellite program at El Charco del Ingenio Botanical Gardens starting tomorrow and until March 12th. The first seven days covers an intense Color Layering for Colored Pencil and Colored Pencil I and the second week (5 days) is all about succulents with colored pencil. There will also be four students from the Denver program in the second class. Today we had a nice orientation in the city of San Miguel, visited El Charco, Susan saw her classroom and in the evening we attended a very nice reception for the students participating in one or both of the colored pencil classes. The weather is perfect, + 22 C, and we can feel the traces of the strong sun on our face (at least I do).

I will be posting some pictures in the BI-facebook shortly.
